Today is the last day of the year and, as usual, we are invited to the big family gathering. Before dinner, I go for a walk. On a tour through an industrial area, I stumbled upon a small, enchanting café by chance – or maybe it was fate. A place full of tradition and modern elements, a quiet spot with a friendly owner who eagerly shows us around and explains that she simply likes coffee. I find a place that appears completely unexpected in its surroundings and proves that beauty often lurks where you least expect it. If you ever find yourself in Kunshan, you should stop by. It’s worth it.
