Business trip with leisure program: Discovery tour through Zhejiang Province
Anyone traveling to this region on business should definitely plan time for discoveries outside the meeting rooms. The region offers a fascinating mix of history, nature, and modern infrastructure. This time, we traveled in our own vehicle, which allowed us to see something of Taizhou and the surrounding area.
Taizhou City & Jiaojiang
Located in the heart of Zhejiang Province, the city surprises visitors with its successful blend of tradition and modernity. The district of Jiaojiang in particular is an ideal starting point for exploring the area. The old town has numerous restaurants and small shops offering traditional Chinese goods.
Linhai is just a short drive from Taizhou. On the way there, especially at this time of year, you are surrounded by a green sea of huge forests.
On the way back to Shanghai, we drove along the coast via Ningbo. In addition to the beach and the sea, there are small fishing villages, fresh seafood, and numerous water sports opportunities.
