With over four decades of experience—ranging from the workshop floor in Germany to the strategic management of global training programs for BMW and large-scale educational projects in China – I have dedicated my career to Capacity Building.
My expertise lies in the “German Dual Education” system and in “Automotive Technology”. I specialize in train the trainers/teachers, designing industry-ready curricula, and modernizing vocational schools. In an era of rapid technological change, I help institutions adapt by integrating E-Learning and Artificial Intelligence into their training ecosystems without losing sight of the hands-on craft.
