From Text to Learning Module: How I Use Google NotebookLM to Update My Udemy Course
As a trainer and e-learning expert, I am constantly looking for ways to make the creation of learning content more efficient and engaging. My latest experiment excited me so much that I immediately documented it and integrated it as a brand-new update into my existing Moodle course on Udemy.
What’s New? I have recorded a complete process demonstrating how to generate high-quality multimedia content from a simple text description using AI.
The Workflow with NotebookLM: Instead of spending hours writing scripts and manually building slides, I utilized Google NotebookLM. The result:
- Video Overview: A generated, dialogue-based overview that vividly introduces the topic.
- Slide Deck: Automatically created slides that visually summarize the key points.
This process not only saves time but also adds a new didactic quality to the training. In this course update, I show you step-by-step how I created these assets and seamlessly integrated them into Moodle.
