In international Vocational Education and Training (VET), we often face the challenge of conveying complex technical knowledge quickly, precisely, and practically. In our current project on ecological poultry farming in the Philippines, we have developed a model that goes far beyond traditional methods: VEKI³.
The name says it all—it represents the potentiation of forces. Only through the interplay of three specific partners does a dynamic emerge that does not just convey knowledge, but transforms it.

He is the strategic mind who understands the pedagogical significance of a topic and masters the keyboard of Artificial Intelligence.
- He moderates the entire process and brings the involved stakeholders together.
- He uses AI tools to design sound course structures that meet international standards and local requirements.
- His task is to translate the vision into a scalable, digital educational format.
2. The Practice Expert: The Foundation
Without the expert on the ground, every theory remains an abstract construct. He brings the knowledge “to the road.”
- He knows the reality of the people, the climatic challenges like critical heat stress (starting at 26.7°C), and the availability of local resources.
- He is the anchor ensuring that concepts like the “Chicken Tractor on Steroids” model or the 1:1:1 compost formula work under real conditions.
- His feedback turns a curriculum into a real manual for farmers on Palawan or Cebu.
3. The AI: The Accelerator

- Knowledge Base: It provides immediate access to specialized data, from using the Black Soldier Fly (BSF) for protein production to feed recipes made from Azolla or Copra.
