One Month with the Xiaomi 15T Pro – Let the Photos Speak
It has been a few weeks since my last post about switching from the iPhone 15 to the Xiaomi 15T Pro. If you missed that story, you can read about why I made the jump Xiaomi 15T Pro.
In my first update, I mentioned that photography was finally “fun again” thanks to the versatile camera setup and that crucial telephoto lens. Today, I want to back that up with proof. I’ve selected a new batch of photos from my recent walks that I think really demonstrate what this device can do.
Quality vs. Price: The Sweet Spot
One thing that keeps surprising me is the sheer quality of the images relative to the device’s “level.”
We aren’t talking about a $1,500 ultra-premium flagship here. When you consider the price point of the Xiaomi 15T Pro, the results are genuinely impressive. It punches well above its weight class. As a hobby photographer, I’m not looking for lab-test perfection; I’m looking for a camera that captures the mood and details without breaking the bank. This phone delivers exactly that.
The Gallery
Here are some fresh shots. I specifically wanted to test the versatility—from zooming in on architectural details to handling different lighting conditions.
1. The Telephoto Advantage Remember how I missed the telephoto lens on my old iPhone 15? This is why I needed it back. The ability to compress the background and get close without digital noise is a game-changer.

2. Mood and Light I wanted to see how the sensor handles contrast and “moody” lighting. I didn’t use any heavy editing here; this is pretty much straight out of the camera.

3. Street & Texture Walking around the city, you need a camera that reacts quickly. The colors feel natural—vibrant, but not artificial.

Final Thoughts
After using this device intensively, my verdict remains solid: You don’t need the most expensive phone on the market to get professional-looking results. For a passionate hobbyist, the 15T Pro strikes a fantastic balance between performance, storage, and cost.
What do you think of the quality? Let me know in the comments!
