These images capture the silent grandeur of everyday life at night, caught in the empty streets that run like veins through the city, animated only by the few who are still out and about. They show us the architecture which, dominant in the daylight, now gently recedes into the background, as streetlamps and the windows of apartments become twinkling dots in the growing darkness.
