At 423-433, Guangfu Road is the building of the first Foh Sing flour mill. Next to the building and also on the opposite side of the Suzhou River are other buildings designed around 1910 by Atkinson.& Dallas, Civil Engineers and Architects.
All the buildings have been left in their original condition on the outside and have been given a very modern interior.
